The Role: Data & Analytics Strategy Manager

As a Data & Analytics Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across our UK Solutions team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Chief Creative Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Integrated Solutions, and internal/external marketing teams, to leverage insights and technology for impactful client solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize data from diverse sources (industry reports, digital platforms, client data) to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and address critical issues within client projects, developing frameworks for effective problem-solving.
  • Craft compelling analyses, reports, and interactive dashboards to communicate key findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Optimize reporting processes, implement automation strategies, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Lead the development and delivery of analytical products and services that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing campaigns and business strategies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analytics within the marketing, advertising, media, or retail industries.
  • Strong SQL skills for data cleansing and querying.
  • Familiarity with ETL methodologies and tools such as Trifacta.
  • Experience working with digital media data sources and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta).
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
