**Job Description:**
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing research and analytics programs to provide strategic insights that support long-term business goals.
- Gather market and patient insights using primary and secondary information, benchmarking, and opportunity evaluation.
- Support marketing research and business analytics for a major brand or group of brands, as well as ad hoc research as needed.
- Identify issues and opportunities, define and prioritize information needs, and creatively apply market research techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision-making.
- Contribute to shaping and implementing the integrated Insights and Analytics plan for a business.
- Support defining a customer-centric vision and priorities for the Insights and Analytics team based on business needs, Insights and Analytics vision, and input from team and stakeholders.
- Propose analytical solutions to business questions and problems and provide key stakeholders with new data-driven ideas and actionable recommendations that enable better decision-making and enhance business excellence.
- Co-develop and step-change market research to develop deeper and more integrated customer and market insights.
- Leverage modern, non-traditional tools, strategies, and advanced technological ideas using internal and external data sources to gain market insights.
- Explore and evaluate new data sources for targeting to drive Insights and innovation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
- Support the development of patient models to enable country and global analytics.
- Proven understanding of/experience in brand sales and marketing demonstrating commercial and customer focus.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships allowing for strong levels of challenge with key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of analytical models and systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to identify insights and business opportunities to improve business performance and verbalize that to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills both vertically and horizontally across the organization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent desirable.
