About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Strategist to join our team at Randstad Digital UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by delivering actionable insights that inform our client's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Business Needs into Data Analysis Strategies: Work closely with our marketing team to understand their needs and develop data-driven strategies to address them.
  • Generate Insights and Identify Trends: Use advanced techniques such as A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and statistical analysis to uncover valuable insights and trends in our client's data.
  • Present Insights Clearly: Develop and present data visualizations that make complex information accessible to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Qlik developers to define business dashboard requirements and collaborate with other teams to propose innovative solutions.
  • Conduct Data Preparation and Analysis: Ensure robust analysis by conducting data preparation, exploration, and cleaning.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Insights Strategist who has a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. You will have a strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights, as well as proficiency in GCP BigQuery, SQL, and Python.

You will be passionate about understanding customer behavior, products, and market trends, and have expertise in data analysis, statistical analysis, and product insights. Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.
