Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact for their digital marketing endeavors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored campaign strategies that align with each client's specific objectives, including detailed planning, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Propose innovative and effective rewards that resonate with the client's budget and workforce demographics.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns, adhering to budget constraints while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage data from raw spreadsheets for input into content management systems.
  • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, facilitating the export of results on a larger scale.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis on deliverable activities, including statistical comparisons and reporting through well-structured presentations for client review.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing clear and insightful analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs and proposing additional services.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously enhance service offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Skills:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in digital marketing or account management.
  • Strong grasp of various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and websites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
