Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Marketing to set marketing strategies and goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Work closely with the in-house design team and wider marketing team to ensure all customer touchpoints are optimized
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on marketing performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board directors and other senior leaders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in strategic marketing and campaign development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through marketing efforts
