We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at a leading care provider in the Southport area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, medication, and clinical knowledge, with previous deputy management experience in high-calibre care homes.

The role involves ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents, managing staff and budgets, and liaising with external professionals and families.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to motivate and support staff to deliver excellent care, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents
  2. Managing staff and budgets in accordance with policies and procedures
  3. Liaising with external professionals and families
  4. Ensuring effective referral protocols and practices are in place
