We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at a leading care provider in the Southport area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, medication, and clinical knowledge, with previous deputy management experience in a care home setting.

The role will involve ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents, managing staff and budgets, and liaising with external professionals and families.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with local services and ensure that effective referral protocols and practices are in place.
