We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at a leading care provider in the Southport area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, medication, and clinical knowledge, with previous deputy management experience in high-calibre care homes.

The role involves ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents, managing staff and budgets, and liaising with external professionals and families.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to motivate and support staff to deliver exceptional care, and have a deep understanding of care planning and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents
  2. Manage staff and budgets in accordance with policies and procedures
  3. Liaise with external professionals, individuals, and families
  4. Undertake administrative tasks as required
  5. Ensure effective referral protocols and practices are in place and adhered to
