About the Role:

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
  • Actively use CRM system to ensure transparency and total customer management.
  • Analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability for prioritization and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sales negotiation and deal closure, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users and decision makers.
  • Create end user demand for both direct and indirect customers and spend at least 70% of time in the field.

Requirements:

  • Degree and experience from the field of filtration applications, products.
  • Preferably +3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Preferred; Experience in working with distributors.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
