Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients, generating awareness of Simeio and demand for IAM related services.
  2. Act as a brand ambassador for Simeio, advocating for our offerings and capabilities to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  3. Lead the sales process, providing subject matter expertise in all sales engagement, including assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, Simeio partners, and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Build relationships with key Simeio partners, cultivating business development opportunities that contribute to profitable growth.
  6. Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline by working with Simeio partners and identifying opportunities.
  7. Ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of accounts, including new sales opportunities, with clients and Simeio post-sale account managers.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years' proven B2B enterprise sales experience and success in one or more of the following areas: Identity and Access Management, strategy and governance, IT risk management, cybersecurity.
  2. Ability to travel 30% to 40% if based in-territory.
  3. Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in the domains IAM, GRC, security information and event monitoring.
  4. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  5. Understanding and/or experience in regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance related functions will be preferred.
