Job Title: Account Director - Enterprise Sales

Arrow ECS is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining business within a named set of partner accounts across the Arrow ECS Vendor Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales of Arrow ECS portfolio into each Partner, including all products, solutions, and services.
  • Articulate the overall value proposition of Arrow ECS and our solutions.
  • Own, develop, maintain, and execute a Partner Account Plan within each Partner.
  • Conduct regular meetings with each Partner, including QBRs, Executive, Marketing, Finance, and Technical, to drive the Partner Account Plan.
  • Interface with all contact points within each Partner, from senior decision makers, sales, procurement, to finance, to get higher, wider, and deeper into each Partner.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales Operations Team.
  • Keep Customer information and Contacts accurate and up to date on all systems.
  • Maintain the required sales/technical accreditations for key vendors.
  • Arrange Executive Sponsor engagement and regular reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position within sales and/or business development within a relevant sector.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Experience interacting with high-level stakeholders from large accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English.
