Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including maintenance schedules and driver information.
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal fleet performance.
  • Develop and implement efficient transportation management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
