**Job Summary**

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and track no-shows and late cancellations, ensuring daily updates and adherence to brand standards.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of individual arrivals for the next 7 days, aligning with our brand's quality standards.

• Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into our system, guaranteeing seamless guest experiences.

• Foster strong relationships with guests through regular communication, responding to their requests and needs in a timely manner.

• Collaborate closely with the Reservations Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Maintain accurate daily balances of all room types, ensuring optimal availability and guest satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional support to guests and colleagues alike, handling group inquiries and requests with professionalism and poise.
