We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSK Sonographer to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ultrasound services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective ultrasound services, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior operations managers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and clinic teams.
- Perform a range of general and specialized ultrasound examinations, maintaining the highest professional and technical standards.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with policies and procedures.
- Liaise with radiologists and referring consultants to provide the best possible service for patients.
- Work with minimal supervision or under own initiative.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and adhere to health and safety policies.
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered.
- Some post-registration experience.
- Current related professional knowledge.
- Safe use of equipment relevant to the post.
- Maintains a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Portfolio.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to duties.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Good IT skills.
- Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality.
