Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Splendid Hospitality Group. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for all group operators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage No Shows and Late Cancellation bookings, tracked daily.
  • Track individual arrivals for the next 7 days in line with brand standards.
  • Enter all reservations into the system correctly.
  • Maintain daily communication with guests by phone, email, and OTA messaging to respond to upcoming requests.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Reservations manager.
  • Ensure the daily balance of all room types according to availability.
  • Deal with group enquiries when the line manager is absent.
