Reservations Coordinator

Job Description

As Reservations & Groups Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reservations department. This involves being an integral part of the group's reservations process, guaranteeing a seamless experience for all group operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage details of No Shows and Late Cancellation bookings, tracked daily.

• Track individual arrivals for the next 7 days in line with brand standards.

• Ensure all reservations are entered into the system correctly.

• Maintain daily communication with guests via phone, email, and OTA messaging to respond to any upcoming requests.

• Communicate daily with the Reservations manager.

• Ensure the daily balance of all room types according to availability.

• Handle group enquiries when the line manager is absent.
