Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Technical Prospects Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business within a designated territory in the Southern UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • OTE of £50,000 - £70,000+ plus benefits
