About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders in the Midlands and Wales region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses, ODPs, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements:
