Unlock Your Potential as a Lead General Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead General Practitioner to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Lead General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and expert advice on medical and primary care issues. You will also support other GPs and ANPs working in the service with peer review and clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical leadership and expert advice on medical and primary care issues
- Support other GPs and ANPs working in the service with peer review and clinical supervision
- Oversee the induction of new GPs into the local site
- Identify and utilise evidence-based best practice through benchmarking and clinical guidelines
- Ensure systems and processes are in place for managing results, letters, and tasks
- Support the development of Local Operating Policies and attend Clinical Forums
- Reviewing CVs for potential new GPs and locum/agency GPs and support the recruitment of new GPs into the service

Requirements:
- MBChB or MBBS qualification
- Inclusion on the GMC Register
- RCGP 1 and 2

- Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships
