Senior Pharmacy Director for Mental Health and Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Pharmacy for Mental Health, Governance, and e-Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Pharmacy Mental Health Specialties Team and Medicines Management Team, as well as drive the pharmacy digital, e-health, and medicines governance agenda across the board.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Pharmacy Mental Health Specialties Team and Medicines Management Team
- Drive the pharmacy digital, e-health, and medicines governance agenda
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient care
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advance pharmacy professional roles and services
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues in relation to the optimal use of medicines

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered pharmacist with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You will also need to have a proven track record of motivating, inspiring, and developing teams, as well as leading continual improvement of pharmacy services.
