The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior positions within Community Mental Health Services and hold at least a Masters Level qualification or be actively pursuing one.
- Lead and Deliver High-Quality Mental Health Services: Direct the delivery of effective, high-quality community mental health nursing services focused on Unscheduled Care Mental Health.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless, integrated person-centered service pathways for patients.
Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing objectives for community crisis and psychiatric liaison mental health services. You'll also play a key role in advancing Unscheduled Care Mental Health Nursing Services through data-driven workforce and service development initiatives.
Operational Leadership and Team Development: Provide operational leadership and direction to the Unscheduled Care Team Leaders, contributing significantly to the professional advancement of the nursing workforce within the Directorate.
As part of the Mental Health Senior Management Team, you'll be instrumental in aligning Unscheduled Care Teams with the Strategic Plan and Performance Framework. You will also contribute to enhancing governance, leadership, and the Health and Social Care Partnership.
Essential Requirements: PVG Clearance is mandatory for this position.
