The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of our service users and be able to develop and implement care plans that meet their individual needs. The role will involve working closely with our care teams, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
