About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide person-centered care and support to our service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management, as outlined in individual care plans.
- Participate in shift work, including sleepovers, and be flexible to meet the needs of our service users.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to Ark's policies and procedures.
