About the Role

Ark People Housing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support and care to vulnerable individuals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with supported people, communicating effectively to meet their individual needs.
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
