About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the development of our customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer service delivery and customer experience.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or property management organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Education: O/CSE/GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
