We are currently seeking a courteous, proactive, and team-oriented individual who can provide exemplary customer service to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

What will my role entail?
As a Customer Support Representative, you will represent EG Group in a positive and professional manner while performing various tasks such as engaging with customers, providing prompt and friendly service to the highest standards, and operating the cash register. Your ability to promote additional sales will contribute to the store's objectives and enhance profitability.

What will my primary responsibilities include?
(Comprehensive training will be provided)

Recognize common suspicious activities and transactions. Receive deliveries of fuel and store inventory. Conduct regular stock checks. Adhere to Challenge 25 policies regarding age-restricted items and ID verification. Ensure the store is well-presented. Maintain temperature records according to procedures. Ensure the cleanliness of the premises. Operate the cash register, manage cash transactions, and provide accurate change. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
