Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric shopping experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of our customer experience strategy, ensuring that all front-end policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing customer experience team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
