Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the customer experience team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Manage and execute front-end operations, including inventory control, shrink reduction, and safety programs
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and execute the shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment
- Lead the omnichannel processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and store management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
