Position: Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Overview:

We are in search of skilled Microsoft Dynamics Specialists at both junior and senior levels to enhance our offerings in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves the development, maintenance, and optimization of our systems, collaborating closely with both business and technical teams.

Junior Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Support the development and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications under the mentorship of senior specialists.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure project success.
  • Adopt and implement best practices in development.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in acquiring new technological skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A readiness to learn and enhance your expertise.

Senior Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop intricate Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior specialists in Dynamics 365 development and customizations.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of development workflows.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the team in Dynamics 365 development and customizations.
  • Oversee source control and code versioning utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to the refinement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team in Dynamics 365 development and customizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills for Both Roles:

  • Fundamental understanding of programming principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.
