Junior Dynamics Developer

What you’ll do:

  • Gain a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Assist in the development and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Collaborate with the development team to contribute to project success.
  • Learn and apply development best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in learning new technologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.


Senior Dynamics Developer

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop complex Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of development processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
  • Manage source control and code versioning using Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of development processes and standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Desirable skills for both roles:

  • Basic understanding of programming concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.
