What you’ll do

  • Drive the continuous enhancement and improvement of Mercury’s Dynamics Solutions, taking part in full stack software development to deliver cutting-edge solutions for customer.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Developers, QAs, and Product Owners within an Agile development team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software increments that meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Take the lead in ensuring code quality and adherence to standards through thorough code reviews, promoting a culture of excellence in software development practices.
  • Develop an extensive understanding of the entire Mercury product suite, contributing to its evolution and serving as a key player in discussions related to requirements, design, and development during backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
  • Proactively manage expectations of key stakeholders, including the Development Team Lead, Development Manager, Product Owners, Development Teams (Developers and QAs), and the Technical Architect, fostering strong relationships for collaborative success.
  • Be a vital part of a small, agile development team, contributing not only to coding tasks but also actively participating in discussions related to backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring the effective planning and execution of development initiatives.


Who you are

  • Proficient in C# and JavaScript for solution development, with skills in creating and optimising SOAP and RESTful webservices.
  • Experienced in customising Dynamics 365 solutions, enhancing functionality, and ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Skilled in Unit Testing, ideally using MSTest or NUnit, ensuring the reliability and robustness of developed solutions.
  • Familiar with Source Control systems (TFVC and/or GIT), maintaining an organised and collaborative development environment.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies in Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services to enhance solution scalability and efficiency.


Location

At Mercury, we believe in the value of face-to-face collaboration. That’s why we encourage our team members to join us at our Coleshill office 2 days per week. However, we’re all about flexibility, so we support remote work the remainder of the week if that’s your preference.
