Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics (Junior and Senior Roles)


Are you a passionate Business Analyst looking to advance your career in data and process improvement?

We are seeking Business Analysts at both junior and senior levels to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the system effectively supports our operations.


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Design and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance practices.
  • Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users.
  • Document and create user stories.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders


What we’re looking for:

  • Junior Business Analyst: A strong analytical mind with a keen interest in data and process improvement. Experience in business analysis is desirable but not essential.
  • Senior Business Analyst: Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.


Essential skills for both roles:

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Desirable skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Agile Scrum experience
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps
  • Experience in a Product Owner role
