Position: Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics (Junior and Senior Levels)

Are you an enthusiastic Business Analyst eager to enhance your expertise in data and process optimization?

We are looking for Business Analysts at both junior and senior levels to contribute significantly to the effective deployment of Microsoft Dynamics. Your role will involve connecting business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that the system efficiently supports our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement efficient business processes to maximize the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
  • Create and maintain data models and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data governance practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Provide continuous support and training to end-users.
  • Document and develop user stories.
  • Foster strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Junior Business Analyst: A strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data and process enhancement. Previous experience in business analysis is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Senior Business Analyst: Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a solid history of delivering successful projects.

Essential Skills for Both Positions:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in the recruitment sector.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in a Product Owner capacity.
