Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative leader to drive our priority of a more racially-just Church. As the Head of Racial Justice and Equity, you will foster a culture of love, fairness, equity, justice, collaboration, and integrity within the Diocese of London.

About the Role: In this important leadership position, you will:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate learning and understanding of the injustice and impact of racism, breaking down mental, cultural, and institutional barriers to engender true race equality.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Church to inspire and empower others to work towards a more racially-just Church.
  3. Work closely with the Lead Bishop on Racial Justice to deliver and implement this strategic priority.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of this initiative.
