Early Careers Brand Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Careers Brand Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent and Skills, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Early Careers programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apprenticeships: Design and implement a robust apprenticeship programme that aligns with our broader objectives and meets apprenticeship targets.
  • Early Careers Experiences: Create and oversee a range of early careers experiences, including internships, work experience, and placements, to nurture the talent pipeline and support future growth.
  • Programme Delivery: Take charge of our early careers programmes, including:
    • Facilitating personal development initiatives to equip early careers professionals with essential skills for career progression.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience working within an in-house Early Careers team. You will be passionate about developing and shaping the future of our workforce, and have demonstrable experience of delivering programmes of apprenticeships and internships.
