Job Title: Early Careers Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Careers Development Specialist to join our team at Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd. As an Early Careers Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and delivering comprehensive Early Careers programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apprenticeship Program Management: Strategically oversee the apprenticeship levy, ensuring funds are effectively utilized. Design and implement a robust apprenticeship program that aligns with our broader objectives and meets apprenticeship targets.
  • Early Careers Experiences: Create and oversee a range of early careers experiences, including internships, work experience, and placements, to nurture the talent pipeline and support future growth.
  • Program Delivery: Take charge of our early careers programs, including facilitating personal development initiatives to equip early careers professionals with essential skills for career progression.

We are looking for someone with at least 12 months of experience working within an in-house Early Careers team. You will be passionate about developing and shaping the future of our organization, and have demonstrable experience of delivering programs of apprenticeships and internships.
