London Business School is in search of an MBA Student Engagement Coordinator to become a vital part of the Degree Education team on a permanent basis. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall student journey, with a specific emphasis on fostering connections within the class to ensure that each student benefits from comprehensive, professional, and tailored support and guidance.

The Student Engagement Coordinator will provide high-quality, informed, and prompt communication to engage all students at critical junctures throughout the adaptable program. You will collaborate with a team of Student Engagement and Program Delivery Coordinators, supported by Program Administrators, to assist the Program Director and Senior Leadership in the strategic direction, development, and execution of the MBA program, while ensuring exceptional student support and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison for two segments of the MBA cohort, catering to both first-year and second-year students.
  • Deliver timely, responsive, and professional student advice and support through various channels, including in-person and digital communication.
  • Collaborate with fellow Student Engagement Coordinators and Senior Managers to design and implement a series of inclusive student activities aimed at fostering relationships within the cohort and between students and the MBA program team.
  • Address student feedback by partnering with communication team members to refine communication strategies and content to meet student needs effectively.
  • Work alongside a team of Program Administrators on diverse projects; this position will also involve direct management of one Program Administrator.
Candidate Profile
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities with a proven track record of managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in utilizing software for data extraction, analysis, and reporting, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong project management capabilities along with experience in budget oversight.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving competencies.
