Administrative Support for Full-Time and Weekend MBA Programmes

We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to work within Imperial College Business School. The Business School is a world-leading research institute, home to a suite of innovative MSc and MBA programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the Full-Time and Weekend MBA programmes, providing high-quality administrative support to academics and students.

Your approach to programme administration will focus on meticulous planning and execution, improving student experience, fostering innovation, and driving continuous quality improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the effective and efficient delivery of Business School programmes on-campus.
  • Operate administrative systems to manage designated programmes.
  • Work flexibly to meet demanding service delivery and customer service requirements, ensuring an excellent student experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and within a team.
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector is advantageous, as is an interest in business.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams).
