We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to work within the Business School. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of various MBA and MSc programmes.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team at Imperial College London, providing administrative support to academics and students. Your focus will be on programme administration, ensuring high-quality support and driving continuous quality improvements.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer service oriented, and have the ability to work under pressure. Experience in the Higher Education sector is an advantage. You will need to be an energetic, organised self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Supporting the effective and efficient delivery of Business School programmes
  • Managing administrative systems for designated programmes
  • Working flexibly to meet demanding service delivery and customer service requirements
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Office packages particularly Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams
