About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager - Generalist to join our team at Talented People. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job specification development, recruitment planning, agency engagement, job posting, application management, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • HR Operations: Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to line managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employment relations, absence, capability, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including absence, capability, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training initiatives to support the development of managers and employees.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, including input, verification, and submission of payroll data.
  • HR Systems and Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, contracts, and benefits information.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment law, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment, and HR operations; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: CIPD qualification or equivalent.
