About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our residential care team as Bank Residential Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people and providing compassionate care during your time with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our young people in their daily lives, including helping with school work, accompanying them to activities, and assisting with morning and night time routines.
  • Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Update care plans and report relevant information to ensure the ongoing care and support of our young people.
Requirements
  • Resilience and ability to work with young people who have varying degrees of emotional and behavioral difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective information sharing and collaboration.
  • Organizational skills to manage care plans and report relevant information.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting our young people.
  • Ability to be attentive and understand the unique needs of each young person.
