About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to our young people, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support our young people in their educational and personal development, including helping with homework and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential setting.
