About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people's daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to children facing various challenges, such as emotional behavioral difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other associated issues.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including morning and nighttime routines, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Accompanying young people on activities and outings, fostering their social development and well-being.
  • Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the care provided.
