About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Professional to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of care and support to vulnerable young people with challenging behavior and emotional behavioral difficulties.
  • Develop positive relationships with children and young people, and work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to a loving and stable environment that promotes positive outcomes and learning experiences for young people.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 6-12 months of experience working in a children's residential setting.
  • Full UK manual driving license (preferred).
