We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our young people in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to our young people, including assistance with daily tasks, education, and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable children or young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
