About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our young people in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment for our young people.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including DBS checks and references.
