We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in running a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential.
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
