About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in running a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential.
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A caring and compassionate approach is essential for providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
