As the organization continues to expand, they are looking for a dedicated Financial Operations Assistant to become a vital part of their expanding finance team.


Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Assistant:
  • Generating invoices and maintaining/updating the financial database
  • Transferring invoices from proprietary software to accounting platforms
  • Reconciling cash receipts and applying them to client accounts across various systems
  • Establishing new client accounts, conducting credit assessments, setting credit limits, and managing production closures
  • Preparing monthly accruals, payment details, aging reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Performing additional tasks as needed, including monthly reporting and providing support to different departments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a Financial Operations role, with a focus on detailed analytical tasks.

Familiarity with RTPro and Acumatica is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
