We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our accounts team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including general administration, data recording, and statement preparation.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as filing, email management, and data processing.
- Assist with the preparation and sending of statements and reminders to clients.
- Check and process information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts administration, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
